III Forks Prime Steakhouse, located in Lakeshore East, will offer a special dinner menu on New Year’s Eve. Executive Chef Billy Caruso’s dinner selections range from beginnings (ahi tuna; crab cake; lobster bisque) and beef market (bone in filet; USDA Prime boneless ribeye; rack of lamb) to fish market (Atlantic salmon; Chilean seabass; cold water rock lobster tail) and sides (off-the-cob creamed corn; fresh asparagus; sauteed spinach). Chef Caruso’s featured dinner selection will be Filet Mignon with Cold Water Lobster Tail ($79.95).
The restaurant suggests toasting to 2015 with a bottle of Chandon Brut Classic ($56) or Moet & Chandon Imperial ($130). Gather your group or arrange for a romantic meal surrounded by breathtaking city views, double-sided fireplace and cozy banquettes.
