National Oyster Day is the perfect time to make a meal out of your mollusk with a happy hour dining deal at III Forks Prime Steakhouse. On Friday, August 5, enjoy $1 oysters from 4-6 p.m., along with half-priced draft beer and cocktails on tap.

The oyster selection at III Forks changes often, as they’re flown in daily to assure freshness and quality. Chef Harden offers three varieties, typically two from the West Coast (Washington, New Zealand, British Columbia) and one from the East Coast (Maine, PEI, Maryland, New York).

Chef Cedric Harden’s full menus (lounge; rooftop; dinner) will be offered. III Forks is open on Friday from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.
