It almost seems like sacrilege to eat anything other than turkey for your center-of-the-table main course on Thanksgiving. But some of us love meat so much, we’re willing to stretch the rules, and Chicago’s world-class steakhouses are helping make that possible.

Select Chicago steakhouses are offering Thanksgiving dinner, and many of those steakhouses are serving the holiday bird, though many others are also serving the meat that Chicagoans love most: big juicy steaks. Of course, alongside many of these dinners are the customary sides – sweet potatoes, green beans, and so on – but in the Land of the Free there’s no reason why you shouldn’t have the freedom to eat whatever you want on Thanksgiving.
